Onsite Support/Training
For onsite (at your home or office) support, our standard service fee is $95/hour. Onsite training is billed at $75/hour.
Urgent/After Hours Support
Support/training is available outside of normal business hours billed at twice our standard rate.
Remote Support
Using our unique, secure remote-control software, we can help solve your problem in record time without the need to wait for a tech to show up onsite.
Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments of the normal hourly rate with a minimum charge of a half-hour per incident.
Discounted Hourly
For a discount on our hourly fee, pre-pay your hours in bulk. Hours may be purchased in as few as 10 at-a-time to obtain a discount.
Available discount levels:
• 10 hours @ $90/hour ($70/hour for training)
• 20 hours @ $85/hour ($65/hour for training)
• 30 hours @ $80/hour ($60/hour for training)
• 40 or more hours @ $75/hour ($55/hour for training)
Discounted Hourly Terms & Conditions: To receive the discount, hours must be paid for in advance and are good for up to one year from the date of purchase or as allowed by law.
